"There is no substitute for one-to-one advice from aÌýtop medical expert and that's what we offer our callers and emailers. But for each person who calls to ask for help, someone else phones in to pass on a tip or a suggestion -Ìýit's a great programme to present."

Indigestion
We've probably all suffered from indigestion from time to time, or know someone who has. Usually a quick visit to the chemist can give us the solution. But when are the symptoms a sign of something more serious? When should we be going to see our GP? Have you suffered from heartburn, pain in the stomach, or even nausea, shortly after eating?
If you have a question about indigestionÌýcall Barbara Myers and her guest expert, Dr Jamie Dalrymple on 08700-100-444 or e-mail checkup@bbc.co.uk.
