Menopause
The menopause is a natural part of the ageing process but for many women it can interrupt their sleep, ruin their sex lives and weaken their bones.
Recent controversy over the use of hormone replacement therapy has stopped many women taking advantage of the treatment, but others are unaware that once they stop using HRT, the hot flushes come back. But there are ways of lessening the uncomfortable signs of the menopause.
