Article pages are made up of different content blocks. A clip box can contain one or many clips, with optional caption.

You Will Need

• Clips Box Form Name - This is to help you find your page in iSite2, it will not be displayed.
• Clip PID - Your clip will need to have been published in iBroadcast2: .

Before You Start

Go to iSite2 and select the project you want to work on. If you do not have access to the correct group, please contact R&M.Support@bbc.co.uk.

Quick Guide

1. Create a Clips Box - If you are in an Article Page, click the blue create new link below Primary or Secondary Content and select Content - Clips Box. Alternatively, navigate to the Project Dashboard tab and click the blue create new link by Content - Clips Box.
2. Add Metadata - Give your page a useful name that you can easily find in iSite2.
3. Add Clip PID - Enter the Clip PID or click the blue browse iBroadcast link to search for your clip.
4. Publish - Click the orange save button and then click the green publish button. If you don't publish now you will be prompted when you publish your article or profile page.
   You can preview how your Clips box looks from the article page in iSite2. .

Optional Functions

• Add Title - You can give your clip an optional Title to be displayed at the top of the content block.
• Add Caption - You can add an optional clip Caption, this will display beneath the clip in a multiple clip box.
• Add More Clips - You can add more clips by clicking the plus icon by Clip PID or by using the drop down menu. Then adding a PID into the new box.
