What can I say in my defence..... Absolutely nothing at all.
Take 1 hair dye, take some wine, mix together and what do you get. A trip to the hairdresser to repair the awful colour of my hair.
So far today I have been a red/orange/pink/glow in the dark kind of colour that even Katy Crossan would be feart to have.
As Aidan (hairdresser) worked his magic this lunchtime, I've gone from a red/orange to a bright orange, to salmon pink (really liked that but not all over) to a peachy kind of colour.
I'm now sporting a dark brown colour that has peach/copper bits through it, that will lighten up as I wash it. Aidan has promised that I will eventually get back to my red/copper haircolour again.
It was so bad today that I went to work wearing a wig to hide the colour. Colleague managed to get a photo of the wig and the awful colour. If I feel brave enough I MAY post it here to brighten up your day.

Went off on the 2 ferry at Port Appin on Sunday to head down to Stirling for a friend's birthday. Noticed the Central Scotland Polis caravan set up in the Green Welly Car park, noticed the motorbikes at the Tourist Info car park, noticed the panda car at Lochearnhead.
Now I know from friend's experiences that the best thing to do when going through the wee villages on the road down to Stirling, is to stick to the speed limit.
There was one driver several cars behind me, who was dodging the oncoming traffic to move up the line. Approaching Strathyre I slowed down to 30mph so that I was doing 30 when I went through the signs.
There he was, trying to get in my boot, flashing his lights and the minute he was through the signs I heard him drop a gear and go roaring past me.
As he went past he was cursing me and giving me hand signals, however I just smiled back at him and then grinned widely as he faced the front again and noticed the CS Police man standing with the speed gun in his hand and indicating that he should pull over....
I know it was wicked of me, but I smiled and waved as I passed them...

Now folks, I'm sorry but the photo taken by my colleague doesn't show the stripe along the right hand side of my head above my ear, nor does it show the blonde tufty bits at the back left hand side. However it is still bright, It would have been much better if it had been taken in the dark, as you would have seen all the colours displayed in glorious technicolour.
I'm now sporting a very dark brown hair do, with "flashes" of copper, peach, blonde through it (in other words the bits that didn't dye dark brown).
I can't believe I'm posting this......

As most of you will know from previous blogs Lismore has been waiting a LONG time for the arrival of the island's Fire Engine.
Attached is Dave Meddes training some of the island's children on how to use some of the equipment. Forward planning and all that......
