Woah! Nice. Good job. Congratulations.

Impressive! Plenty of room for a model railway up there, I'd say.

I'll tell Mr Runestone - that doesn't look very high at all ;-) What time's the next bus to Shapinsay from Sanday?

Amritsar-on-Shapinsay. And only 24 trusses to go....

Model Railway !!! NO WAY..... Might have room for an Observatory to gaze through a telescope at the inhabitants of neighbouring islands. Mr Runestone watch out.

FC: Amritsar? You mean, the gold color? No golden dome in Shapinsay, thank you mucho: hard enough to rustle help (no safety harness provided!) for setting up traditional structures which give some hold. Give the incomers some sense (though why they would come if they had any is a question I am not foolhardy enough to broach, eh?! Kidding!!).

Force 5-6 gales and we are praying in the golden temple that the roof doesn't end up perched ontop of a nearby cow. Spent a restless night listening to the wind whipping up a storm, Joy it was still there in the morning.Foolhardy mjc ( well maybe a little bit )
Barebraes from Shapinsay ( from the windy hill)
And then the force 5-6 (fresh breeze/strong wind - not technically a gale until 8) became Storm force 10 and the golden temple still stands in all its glory. Three million cheers!
