The Phone Call......

Lying in bed last night when the phone rang at 12.30am. It was David calling from the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games Volunteer Unit. Did I mind talking?
Had a lovely wee phone call with him, answering all his questions and telling him that I'd be over in March next year for as long as they needed me. Explained I'd have somewhere to stay in three suburbs of Melbourne all with good transport links.
Will find out if I've got through in August sometime.
On a different note - it was only 12C in Melbourne yesterday, and it went down to 4C last night...

Hey there.. I'm one of d melbourne commonwealth games volunteer applicants... was wondering if did u receive any email stating that u r successful in getting the role? do u need to go to melbourne for an interview assessment in august?? Hope to meet u in melbourne next yr...
