Last Day - Piping Hot

So here I am down at Airthrey Castle in the grounds of the University of Stirling, trying to finalise a whole dose of stuff for the day after I come back from Canada.

I've got the window open to let in some air, and I'm getting the added bonus of music from Pipe Bands.

The University is used by Bands from all over the country/world for accommodation when they come over to take part in the "Piping Hot" festival in Glasgow.

I have to say though, they are a bit drookit looking out there....

Hi Jane,
I wish we were drookit in brisbane. The grass here is very dry and the hour's rain we had last week didn't help. Just wondering if you know there is a Lismore in Australia? (It's north of Sydney.

Airthrey castle was where I was born in 1946.
I am so glad that it is being put to such good use.
