9 life lessons from Lady Gaga that you NEED to live by...

OK, don't get us wrong, our mums are legit the best mums in the world. They give great advice, always lend us a tenner when we need it and make the best bacon sandwiches on the actual planet.

But when we found out the queen of our lives, Lady Gaga, was going to be CO-HOSTING THE BREAKFAST SHOW WITH GRIMMY, we were super chill about it. Or we fell to the floor in a dramatic faint to prove how excited we were. That one, it was the second one.

Gaga gives the world's best life advice, she is so inspirational she makes us breaks out in goosebumps with just a few words and she cares about her little monster as if she birthed the lot of them.

Soz mum, but are you sure we weren't adopted? Because here are the times Gaga has been the most mothering of them all...

1. When she told us to never let anyone take our shine...

"Do not allow people to dim your shine because they are blinded, tell them to put on some sunglasses."

2. When she gave us INVALUABLE life advice...

"Don’t judge anyone, but don’t trust everyone."

3. When she gave the most iconic anthem for being ourselves...

Warning: Third party videos may contain adverts

"Listen to me when I say, I'm beautiful in my way, Cause God makes no mistakes, I'm on the right track, baby, I was born this way"

4. When she taught us how to deal with haters...

"You laugh at me because I’m different. I laugh at you because you’re all the same."

5. When she explained how to find happiness...

"The end of the day, you won’t be happy until you love yourself."

6. When she taught us to be total kick-ass feminists...

"Some women choose to follow men and some women choose to follow their dreams."

7. When she assured us she was always there...

"When you leave here tonight, know that at least one person believes in you."

8. When she showed us to rock our own fashion style...

Because what says 'I literally couldn't care any less than I do' more than a body of beef?

9. When she told us to take care ourselves...

"You don’t need to or should not feel like a victim. Nobody can help you more than you can help yourself."

Catch the glorious Lady Gaga co-host the Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw on Friday 9 September from 6.30am.
