Samuel L Jackson declares himself the highest grossing actor of all time but says fame hasn't changed him
Sam L. Jackson is the biggest actor of all time but remains humble
According to the man himself, Sam L. Jackson is the highest grossing actor of all time.
Hollywood legend Samuel L Jackson had a thoroughly nice chat with on The Breakfast Show, where he told us all sorts; from working with Tim Burton, to his love for Liverpool FC, to being mates with Mo Farah.
But what's amazing about the man who, as Grimmy reminds him, has been in over 100 movies is that he's still just a normal, grounded guy.
Nick went and made a schoolboy error by saying he was the SECOND highest grossing actor of all time before Sam himself said he was in fact now NUMBER ONE!
"Actually, I've been looking into that... Because there was an article in the paper that said I was second, but Harrison [Ford] was only about $50 million ahead but I passed him when we did Tarzan in the summer. So I might be number one again..."
He also revealed that he'd love to do a slasher movie with gore maestro Eli Roth...
Are there any movie roles left that Samuel L Jackson would love to play?
Samuel L Jackson lets us know which genre of film he'd love to be in next.
And even after his highest grossing revelation, Sam was still as down to earth as ever, which makes him EVEN COOLER.
"I've got a couple of other movies coming out," he casually threw out there. "And probably by the time we do Incredibles 2 I'll kill it!" BOOM.
Sam's one of the biggest film actors ever and from his chat with Grimmy it was easy to see how super laid back and genuinely nice he is, which is ALWAYS great when it comes to iconic film stars.
Jackson's latest movie, Miss Peregrine's 91热爆 for Peculiar Children is in UK cinemas on 30 September.
