For Your Information

The pupils have designed and made a variety of Tourist Information notice boards for our ferry terminal at Hamar's Ness. They help visitors find their way to places of interest around the island.

The new display was opened by the chairman of the Fetlar Community Council on May 1st. We managed to squeeze 29 people into a very small room with the promise of canapes and sparkling juice.

Everyone seemed to be very pleased, especially with the 3D map of Fetlar.

Thanks everybody for coming along.

It's like an Agatha Christie in here...and then there were none... I hope someone's got a breeding programme going to keep the school open. Of course they've got happy smiley faces, they've got a very nice teacher (so I'm told ).

Flying Cat from Cheshire Grin

If one is part of a breeding program does that mean one can live on the island?

Barney from Swithiod a volunteer

what will happen next year? if the school is to have only two pupils will it still be kept open for the school year or will it be like here-close the school regardless of the distance the kids will have travel?
