Why not look at seed catalogs before the polytunnel is ready? I would have thought it would be a harmless diversion. It is alright to check all the stuff you might want to buy, so long as you actually get to be reasonable when it comes time to order!! I have fun looking at them and complaining how much the seeds cost!! A mushroom kit for portabello, producing 5 lbs. if you are lucky, was advertised for 35 dollars (in the UK, given your higher costs of living, probably 35 pounds): you can get nice ones much cheaper at the supermarket any time of the year.

A mushroom kit for Portobello? I wonder how the denizens of that douce resort will react to being called mushrooms....

So Niconcoll is a girl, a girlie girl? It just shows to go you that you can't judge a blog by it's gender, or can you?
Tws from herethereandeverywhere
Tws, I must be almost as confused as you get sometimes, I've read my blog and I can't see why you would decide I'm a girl, or a girlie girl. It's not that I mind whether you think I'm a girl, or not, or an elephant, although preferably not a cat, I'm a dog-kind of person, but how the heck did you come to that conclusion?? Or did you have a beer with Buzz and get the low-down on me? Anyhow, I think you are male, in your forties, your favourite colour is blue, you read Tractors Fortnightly and put ketchup on scrambled eggs (a disgusting habit). And you are becoming mildly rebellious, I bet you used to only blog when herself went out, but now you also blog when she is in the other room. PS I do live on Coll.
Nic from Coll
He's been surfing other bloggers' blogs and spreading it about a bit..... NiconColl must have barebraes' other crystal ball. I think Tws' favourite colour is red.
Flying Cat from I get around
Oh Niconcoll, I can't remember where I got the notion that you were a girl ( or even a girlie girl) I shall blame FC, for now, until I investigate how I came to think of you as a female. I always thought that you were a man,( a mans' man, that plays Rugby League, or did ) So if I have offended you I apologise. I don't like ketchup, I don't read anything about tractors and have always been a rebel, and will continue to do so ( while herself is not here or at work) for the rest of my days.

Tws is it green? Am I getting warm? Is there a prize?
Flying Cat from ancient blog files
Sorry tws, I'm the kind of girl who can explain the offside rule in football and understand the explanation in rugby union, but I've never got to grips with rugby league (I enjoyed the cricket this morning). Most rebels were born in '59.
Nic from Coll
Right Nic, are you a man or a woman? And why should '59 be of any significance, 1959 was 15 years before I was born and that's the truth. Fc spookily, Nic was correct, blue is my fav. color ( that's for our American friends, if we still have any friends left ) Fc you have the cheek to say that I'm spreading it about a bit, when you do that most days. which is fine by me
Tws from spooked
Was that 1959....or.....1859....or...
Flying Cat from going back a bit
He was strumming my face with his fingers, telling my life with his words, killing me softly with his blog, killing me softly !!!
Tws from behindthebikeshed
How about american football, nascar races and the mighty baseball rules? As to "rebels," ours got whipped a while back, hence the "rebel yell!" Yes, I am not longer whistling in Dixie!

I've got that feeling you got the name wrong, FC. In any case, no parole and add another six months.
mjc from NM,USA
Tws got the words a bit confused. He meant to say; "He was strimming my face with his fingers" hence the killing bit.
