Been enjoying reading your blog for some time. I see the airport crew are still at work on the island, when is the air link due to begin running and which airline do I need to contact to book? I have wanted to visit Coll for some time but I am hopeless on boats (seasick just thinking about it!)

Hi Nic. Thanks for the update on the east end fishing comp. I should have checked your blog before I saw you in the pub on Saturday night... decided to come over at the last minute. I was at the Show so I saw the tug of war. I did think the east end boys would lose up until the point that John James was giving them tips on their technique and some guy was standing right next to them shouting '1,2,3, 4'... apparently it's all in the rhythm. Beating the airport boys with their 2 huge anchors was no easy job. Really enjoyed the dance. It's much easier to get a lift back when your friend and sister decide to call it a night before midnight and you're left with only one of you! Must go. I only got back to the mainland last night and already I'm on here... fairly sure it's not what my boss is paying me for. I don't think I'll be back over now until after the New Year... not unless I can swing some time off for study leave.

Before I forget, I don't know who designed the t-shirts but I work for one of Glasgow's nightclubs that's full of trendies (with a little bit of kitsch), and several people have commented on how fabulous they think the t-shirt is. I of course had just come back from a week on Coll and was wearing the only thing that was clean.

Buzz I think the picture had something to do with Kip. I'm sure we can get them posted down if they become an indispensible fashion item.
