Line-Up

The structure of your Event's Line-Up is determined automatically by the data you've entered in Settings and Locations & Stages.

If your Line-Up structure doesn't look right, check your dates and check you've added the Locations & Stages correctly. Once that's all correct adding Acts to your Line-Up is really simple.

Before You Start

Go to Eavis () and select the Event you want to work on. If you do not have access, contact R&M.Support@bbc.co.uk.

You Will Need

A new Event or an existing Event in Eavis. .

Quick Guide

  1. Open Stage - Click on the Line-up tab and click the drop-down arrow.
  2. Open Date - Find the relevant date and click the drop-down arrow.
  3. Add Acts - To add one of your Acts to the Line-Up, select them from the pull-down menu at the bottom of the page and then click the green Add button. Acts are automatically added to the bottom of the Line-Up, but you can move them using the Arrow buttons to the right of the Act name.
  4. Move and Delete Acts - Move Acts using the directional arrows on the right-hand side of the window and delete them using the X button to the right of the Act name.
