After started summer holiday, I have been very busy as usual. We went to holiday in south for refresh. I don't know it made me refresh or not... oh dear. If I enjoyed shopping, maybe I will say I enjoyed! hahaha. According to my husband, I like shopping very much. but I think it is wrong. I don't like to go to high street, it is sometimes very very expensive. I love to go to burgain hunt. hahaha. Unfortunitery I didn't go to antique fair, boot sale, antique shop. oh dear.... usually it make me very happy.... especially when I find antique japanese goods or my collecting items...
Back here, my garden was getting jungle. I still try to tidy at the moment.
Usually my dahlias getting so much pretty time, but it doesn't this year. it's so sad... I love Dahlias...
I tried to make garden long time, I don't have any knowleadge before I moved here. My parents house does not have any garden. Tiny space has, but my father doesn't like gardening. and my mother loves to buy cut flowers at shop.
most of japanese live in Tokyo are same situation. not a lot to do garden.
so I tried hard to learn gardening from my mother in low. ...
anyway, my tiny garden have some flowers. Dahlias, gladioli, rose, chrysanthemums, Hydrangea. Hydrangea bloomed first time this year. I got plant from somebady live in Luing. It took 3 years to start bloom. I'm so delighted. lovely pink flowers now.
My son and I planted potatoes this year and hope we can collect some potatoes around flower show time, I hope. He helps a lots of gardening. He is really little helper.
other episode of my flower, my friend in Glasgow (died last year) bought me rose bush. It was not good last year, but this year really pretty now. So sad when she sudden died and she was like my mum in scotland. She is still in my heart.
I tried to add some photos of flowers, it doesn't work at the moment. maybe technical error. oh dear....
I hope can tell you result of flower show after 18th August. So many grate gardeners here. I might get nothing this year. oh dear.. but I tried so hard! Weather didn't help. oh dear. We need hot sunny days!
