The Singing Kettle in Oban
Posted: Saturday, 19 May 2007 |
We went to The Singing Kettle Wild West Show today in Oban. My son 2 and 6 months old went to concert first time.
Some children wear cow boy or cow girl. Yes, My son wear cow boy, oh yeah! I just bought costume from ebay. Just good timing!
It was a my first time experience too. When I stayed in London, many times I went to westend to see something. but moved here, it is a little bid diffiecult to go. sometimes have to think about ferry. oh dear.
anyway, it was very good show, we are really enjoyed. some songs I know with japanese words. I felt strange, but listen the music easy to understand. I will try

We had a busy weekend. My Japanese friend family visited us. They live in London and husband is an american, wife is japanese and 2 year old boy. same age of my son.
Last year we had some japanese frends came over and stay, most of from Japan. a person who stayed here, she is a writer, always write about UK. Her new book will publish next year and she will write about here. I'm look forward to read that book.
anyway, It is very hard to find japanese frends here. According to Japanese Embassy in Edinburgh only 1 japanese in Argyll and Bute. Yes, me........

so after I started live here, tried to find japanese friends and used website called worldwide neighbors, easy to registerd and I could manage to find some japanese friends all UK.
It's getting better to find friends, new website called MIXI is very good for japanese, especiall japanese live in not Japan. This story will tell you later.
I must tell you about last weekend. ....
I usually speak Japanese with my son. He does not speak japanese, but I still try to speak japanese always. I know so many times people feel strange.... never mind. I'm growing up with this strange language.
My friend's husband speak japanese too. so my son feels something different... especiall my friend boy speaks japanese too.
I think he felt something.....
I speak japanese, my son's reply always english, but since last weekend, he sometimes speak japanese. OHHHHHHH..... It's a miracle.
If you know my son and he says something, it might japanese. hahaha.
ex. morning = ohayo... He already said to residents in Toberonochy, some people felt what??? hahaha.
anyway 2 boys had great time and they are like lambs. Running, Running, Running.
We were really enjoyed and wether were excellent.
Deer came to see us. hahaha.
