I'm hunkering Hermit. There's nothing else to be done. This time last year fpu was crawling around chopping down the wildflower 'meadow' in Rolling Acres. Fat chance of that now. Keep those gaels in the west I say!

Good to see you back, Hermit. My memories of Sanday last year are of sunshine in August.Mind you it did take the ferry several attempts to dock. Don't get blown away.

same thing here Hermit ... bloody freezing, and lots of hailstorms and driving rain ... could actually see the hail coming down through the gray clouds in the distance with the long fringes ...

I fully agree, HL. It has been a rubbish October indeed. Keep yer heid doon, stoke up the fire and keep warm, it'll be a fine day the morn. Good to 'read' you again

Welcome back Hermit, missed your ramblings but do understand. Spring has sprung downunder but the grasses and weeds have gone into overdive producing seed could be a very Hot/Hot one this year and being on collected tank water may have to be a little more careful, but at least I do not have the wind problem in this valley. Best regards.

Did somebody cancel summer and order winter early? Can I shoot them? - Hermit # Make sure you get the right cat. Use a bow and arrow: give the felon a diving chance.
