just read your blog - been to Aberdeen with son no 3 for a treat - so sorry to hear of the long term splitting up - know exactly how you (probably) feel - I always say to remember its a tunnel you're in - there is light at the other side, sometimes you just can't see it. its not a cave, its a tunnel and you will get through. your true friends are there for you, and always will. keep busy and don't look back.

it is funny though - we go through the same processes - we lose weight - we appear much happier and unhappier all at the same time, we take up new hobbies and rediscover ourselves. we lose and gain valuable friends, and generally come up smiling - cos we are better off. we question life and we do find answers.
