10:45...now you see it now you don't!
Flying Cat from crow's nest
Tell you what Hermit, you can have all my snow if I can have half of your sunshine. I think that's fair as I can see the pretty snow in the distance whilst basking in the ultry violent rays. And; you still get some sunshine just to prove I'm neither mean nor curmudgeonly.

can you send some over here please!
Wild Freckle from mull in the sun but cold!
Oh I'm pleased your rain has been replaced by snow ...! Lovely happy fluffy stuff, snow ...!! Enjoy ...! Am hoping for perhaps a couple of flakes myself, not having seen even a tiny little bit yet ... The ground is well-frozen here ... perhaps tomorrow ...??!! You know, if I ever won the lottery, my one luxury would be to have a large glass 'conservatory' built - the whole length of the front of my house - from where I could comfortably watch the weather in the evenings, with a glass of mulled wine ... :-)

Ahhh, Hermit Life, I love your description of the snowflakes, and you sound so happy, you have made me feel happy too!

I'm glad you got your snow! I Love it too. It happens to be snowing here, also. We have had snow sense December. This winter seems more like it use to be. Glad to see it.I don't care for 60 as a temp. in January.

..."in the ultry violent rays" - Hyper-B. Join the club, Hyper-B.: the strange convolutions of my last contribution to Fredblog indicated a lack of caffeine (compounded by jet lag), and it seems you are not immune. Of course, we could blame it on a Catholic education ...

It has a strange appositeness nevertheless...
