its not so much the rain ... there's not been a huge amount of it, just that annoying drizzle anyhow ... It's the relative humidity that makes you feel so ... wet ... My meters make it 85% RH today ... and temperature outside is 40 degrees (that's not body temperature scale, its the other one!) ... Duck-pond development temporarily halted due to water in hole being almost up to waist ...!
