Goats rock!!! My job while in highschool back in America was goat milk maid. I loved getting up early in the morning and biking to the farm. They had a milking table and the goats would stand on the table and eat some treats while I milked them. I miss the "ching ching ching" of milk hitting a bucket and the sound of the bluejays and red-breast robins singing as the sun came up. (I really miss bluejays!!) I loved that job! I help milk cows here on the farm but they are beef kye and do not like it when a human starts tugging on their teats. So it's not as peaceful as milking goats because I have to dodge the flying hooves of fury!! I remember how I got pretty good at squirting milk from the goat into the barncat's mouth!! **Sigh** memories! I love Orkney but I do still miss woodsy New England. There's a free program called IrfanView that you can download from the internet and use to re-size pictures. That's what I use! Do a google search for IrfanView and follow the instructions to download it - it's worth it!!! I could hardly post any pics because they were always too big!

Is that rooster a Dorking? Looks the right size for eating: what is it doing strutting around?
