My scheduled tweets/Facebook posts are going out an hour late. What鈥檚 that about?
There are two things to check:
- The time zone for your account in SocialFlow. Click on the SETTINGS and check that it’s set to the correct country and location (E.g. United Kingdom/London)
- The time zone your computer is set to. Access them via your preferences/settings on your computer (E.g. British Summer Time, London).
If that doesn't fix the issue, contact support@socialflow.com.

You can change which alerts you'd like to receive on your settings page under Subscriptions. There is a link to Subscriptions in the email notifications at the bottom of the page.
