Basic Information

SocialFlow is a social media publishing platform. It allows us to post content to 91热爆 Facebook and Twitter accounts, as well as curate audience interaction, whilst enhancing the security of our social media profiles. It is used by the multiplatform team, as well as programme teams who require social access.

Signing in to SocialFlow

Once you’ve received confirmation of your SocialFlow access, you can sign in with your 91热爆 IT account username and password.

We recommend using a browser other than Internet Explorer when accessing SocialFlow

Choosing the right group

When you sign in, you’ll need to make sure that you’re working in the 91热爆 Radio group, as opposed to the 91热爆 Staff group.

You can see a list of your available groups by clicking on the button in the top-right-hand corner of the screen.

Publish

You can create new social media posts, access scheduled posts and drafts, and view published posts through the Publish page. It is accessed by clicking Publish from the menu bar at the top of any SocialFlow page. There is a separate publish page for each social media account you have access to.

  • Switch accounts - Allows you to change the social media account you’re looking at.
  • Active Engagement - The number of people engaging with that account, both today and yesterday.
  • Top Engagers - The users who are interacting most with that social account.
  • Top Posts - Recent posts, ordered by number of comments (Facebook only).
  • Trending Terms - A list of currently trending topics on Twitter.
  • The Queue - Facebook posts or tweets which have not yet been published - either scheduled, optimised or on hold. You can send or edit posts from here.
  • Messages Published - Facebook posts or tweets which are live on our social media profiles. You can view statistics or delete posts from here.
  • Filter - Search through either the Queue or Messages Published by using the + Filter icon.

Listen

You can view and respond to interaction with our social media profiles, as well as on Facebook and Twitter more generally, through the Listen page. It is accessed by clicking Listen from the menu bar at the top of any SocialFlow page.

  • Social Accounts - You can choose the social account you wish to view interaction with through the menu bar on the left.
  • Timeline (Facebook) - View posts and their likes, comments and shares. You can also interact with Facebook comments from here.
  • Mentions (Twitter) - Tweets directly to that Twitter account.
  • Live Stream (Twitter) - Tweets from people that Twitter account is following.

Reports

With the reports page, you can view statistical insights for our social media accounts. It is accessed by clicking Reports from the menu bar at the top of any SocialFlow page.

Choose Account(s) - Select the account(s) you wish to see statistics for through the Facebook and Twitter icons.
Date Range - Determine the window for which you want to see statistical data with the calendar icon.
Messages Sent - The number of posts published during your selected window.
Clicks - The number of occasions links in posts have been clicked.
Interactions - The number and density of engagements with published posts.
Audience Gains - The number of users who have liked or followed the social account.
Explanations - A number of other features on this page feature a ? icon, which offers a detailed explanation of how they are used.

Settings

You can change your account details, as well as email subscription preferences through the Settings page. It is accessed by clicking Settings from the menu bar at the top of any SocialFlow page.

  • User Account Settings - change account details, such as your name, number or email address here.
  • Subscriptions - choose which emails you’d like to receive from SocialFlow.

Logging Out

When you’ve finished using SocialFlow, please remember to log out by clicking on the menu in the top-right-hand corner of the screen, which ought to read 91热爆 Radio, and then clicking Log Out.

Common Questions

I can鈥檛 log in. What can I do?

Check that you are using the correct URL and using your 91热爆 desktop credentials. If you can access your 91热爆 desktop but not SocialFlow contact support@socialflow.com. If you can’t access your 91热爆 desktop contact ATOS.

Can any 91热爆 staff member access SocialFlow?

No. You need to be set up in advance. Email RadioMusic.Support@bbc.co.uk saying which accounts you need to access and why.

I am stuck at an error message saying I do not have access to any of the application's features.
