floating away

It,s batten down the hatches time again, time to catch that garden chair before it flies of southward in search of the sun.
The sea is magnifisent, awsome, battering the rocks and the road. Looking out of the window the mainland has dissapeared in the haze, and makes me feel like the island has floated away.
No papers, no voice as there are no boats.
You would think that in this day and age with boats sailing across the Atlantic that they could get one that sails from Ardrossan to Arran.

tooth fairy

well do they exist or not. To a 9 year old just had a tooth pulled ,yes they do. and whats more , did you know that if the tooth has to be pulled out and is not rotten then the fee the tooth fairy leaves is double. Do fairies use the ferry ? and if they do how long will it take them to get here? Or do they fly, and if they do will the wind blow them of somewhere else . These are serious questions for a little boy saving so hard to buy his first cuddy, and desperate for every bawbee.
