Nice loaves FI ... :-) I am fairly jealous that you manage to get fresh yeast to start your bread off with ... Yeast was always fresh, in crumbly blocks, when I was young, but these days, all I can find is the dried kind ... Which I'm sure is not the same ... Any tips on where to get some fresh wld be much appreciated ... :-)

Soaplady.. There was no additional yeast added to these bread mixes, I used wild yeast starters with whole wheat organic flour on the first day, changing to organic white unbleached for days 2 to 5.
