and did you get your insurance? I'm still battling Norwich Union to get travel insurance for holiday cancelled at hogmanay due to a bereavement. they insist on knowing if the person was suffering from a pre-existing condition - and we have told them.( they didn't have a pre-existing condition - well not one they died of,) they insist on the doc filling in an impossible form.
