Academy - Barry McKeever is expelled
Barry
McKeever tonight became the seventh student to be expelled from
Fame Academy.
Cat
Deeley and Patrick Kielty introduced performances from the seven
students live on 91热爆 ONE before inviting viewers to vote for their
favourites.
Carolynne,
Alistair, Alex and Peter were saved by the viewers' vote leaving
James, Paris and Barry with their fate undecided.
Paris
was saved by judges Robin Gibb, Richard Park and Carrie Grant, with
David voting for James.
The
final choice was left to the students who decided - by four votes
to one - to save James.
So
Barry
McKeever lost his Academy place, receiving only one student vote
from Paris.
Earlier
Peter
and Alex - having beaten off fellow Academy students to win a 91热爆
THREE viewers' vote earlier in the week - had the opportunity to
perform a unique version of Baby It's Cold Outside live on tonight's
91热爆 ONE show.
Alistair
was also given the chance to perform his self-penned track In Your
Smile on the 91热爆 ONE results show, accompanied by James on the piano.
The
six surviving students return to the Academy and will all sing live
again on Saturday 13 September on 91热爆 ONE at 6.30pm.
The
results show will follow at 11.05pm, at the end of which another
student will have to leave.
