You could split your class into smaller groups and ask them to think about times when they have felt embarrassed. How did it make them feel?
They could then share these thoughts within their smaller group, if they wish.
As a class you could also try the breathing activity that Dr Radha demonstrates in the clip.
This clip is relevant for use with children at Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and Scotland.
It is also suitable for teaching PSHE at KS1 and Health and Wellbeing at Early and 1st Level.
