Bulgaria boss Georgi Dermendzhiev makes four changes from Thursday’s 1-1 draw at home to the Republic of Ireland.

Captain Petar Zanev is out injured and the others to miss out are defender Strahil Popov, midfielder Kristiyan Malinov and forward Spas Delev.

Brazilian-born right-back Cicinho makes his debut, while left-back Ivan Goranov, midfielder Yanis Karabelyov and forward Birsent Karagaren are the other players who come in.

Wales manager Ryan Giggs makes two changes from Thursday’s 1-0 win in Finland, with both in midfield.

Bournemouth playmaker David Brooks comes straight into the starting line-up having been added to the squad on Friday after recovering from an ankle injury, while Manchester City’s Matt Smith comes in for his eighth cap.

Manchester United’s Dylan Levitt, who made his debut in Finland, and Jonny Williams drop to the bench.

Wales XI: Hennessey; Roberts, Ampadu, Lockyer, B. Davies; Morrell, Smith; Bale, Brooks, James; Moore.
