Surprised nobody took it home with them. But then, this is law abiding Stromness, and so I should really not have been surprised. Sits two, I should think, when righted up - watching the fleury trees (in imagination). Are there fleury trees (what a wonderful expression, that I first heard in Stirling, but probably common as sheep in Scotland) in Stromness? Sanday or Shapinsay (send us some pictures of your trees budding, leafing, blooming etc. Barebraes)? Do the goats eat your leaves/trees up Hermit? Some goats CLIMB trees (maybe I dreamt that up?!).

This looks like a leftover from 'mischief night' (Hallowe'en). It's a fine balancing act! My radio alarm was oblivious, but the VCR lost its memory and fpu didn't discover it until 5 minutes before trying to record something for The Breadwinner....it took her 10 minutes+ to work out how to reset the blasted thing....*catty smirk*.
