Hi there, in response to FC's question, I believe there is.........it's something that is remarkable and quite rare. They occasionally show themselves inbetween hiding down the long trenches they have dug for themselves and disappearing into the lairs that have been constucted down the Evie Rd way. They seem to have taken over the junction on the Evie/Finstown road and seem to be intent on burrowing their way along the entire length of the village. I am left wondering if anyone else has seen them making a break for cover and is there some way to control their slow but steady progress, it is causing some concern and upset among us locals, as well as this, we are choking on the fumes being slung out by the happless drivers being forced to stop and wait at the secret signaling system that has been installed.

It's a tribe of giant tunnelling gerbils! They blocked the drive of the bipeds old hoose for ages...we were wondering if Jess left home for the duration. And himself from the wee cottage has had to move his wheeled sit-ootery from its usual parking spot. It'll be the ducks disrupted next! Is nothing sacred?

Trenches!? Do they wear coats? Do they carry guns? Does the secret signaling system have coloured lights? Red? Amber? Green? Or are they pulsating blue and silver?

It would be tempting to say pulsating silver and blue in a Close Encounters sort of way, but alas, I cannot tell a lie. No really. And I think it's dufflecoats they wear...with high-vis vests...
