a word of warning if you create a garden in a rural area, even if there are no problems with rabbits or stock when you are first there make your first job putting in a rabbit and stock proof fence, my neighbours and I are learning by experiece!

You could minimize your losses, and be able to treat your neighbors to a regal feast, by sacrificing the rabbit (looks succulent!).

FC I'll look out for you, we have local cats and dogs and there are birds of prey on the moor including golden eagles yet the roman invader survives,

FC could use some looking after. I am keeping my fingers loosely crossed: the flying cat could conceivably lose his bearings (more ways than one) and end up in Jura (high noon on main street, and all that). In any case, I suggest some strenuous waving (no further comment) as he wags by, beating his feet wildly.
