Edd and Harshani have been married for five years and through the hairdressing industry. They found each other a decade ago when a colleague realised that they shared an interest in spiritual things and should meet!

They love their garden so much that they bought the house next door so they could expand their outdoor space. They don鈥檛 like killing slugs and other pests; instead they move them to the the compost heap at the end of the garden. "We don鈥檛 throw them, we gently place them" says Edd. They like to plant biodynamically by the phases of the moon and also feel they need to be in a positive frame of mind聽when they聽grow聽as the energy is transferred from planter, to plant, to plate. They鈥檙e keen cooks and just enjoy being outside, in tune with nature and they work well as a team.

When it comes to cooking they are both really passionate about turning their fresh produce into delicious meals. Edd and Harshani feel quite strongly about growing their own fruit and veg; they believe that you "don鈥檛 know the energy of produce when it is bought from the supermarket".
