When it comes to food I鈥檝e always prided myself on being able to stomach the unstomachable, enjoy the unenjoyable and eat the inedible but I think that as I鈥檓 getting older I must be becoming squeamish.

The testicles of a Peccary, a type of wild pig is right up there at the top of my 鈥業 hope I don鈥檛 ever have to eat that again鈥� list. Meteor hot and acridly charcoaled on the outside, cold and terrifyingly textured at the centre. Really, there鈥檚 not much else to say. It was a pig鈥檚 testicle!
