Mark The Krazi Baker's Potato Bread
Ingredients
250g of boiled floury potatoes
55g plain flour
Method
Mix by hand into a dough ball. Turn out onto a well floured board. Roll to required thickness and cut into shapes with a round cutter.
*This is the basic potato bread base and you can either leave it as it is or add already cooked guanciale and bacon or cheese and scallion or any other ingredients you want to experiment with. Just make sure it isn’t anything too wet
