Help playing audio/video It feels like it's taken forever, but the first people are now working on Middlesbrough's Middlehaven waterfront. The Crown Prosecution Service has moved in and while they might be a bit lonely out there, they won't be for long.
Middlesbrough College's new building is well underway. We're told it should be ready to open next year.  Plan of the site But, we're told this is just the start of big things. One of the developers already on board is Quintain.
