This tie isn't over but Liverpool are very much in control and in the hunt for other trophies, to have that you need fit and fresh players. This team is a top team but they need players to be fit - plus if players are training well then Jurgen Klopp will want to reward them with some minutes.

This must be the easiest appearance money Alisson has ever earned.

There's been a few deliveries now where Villarreal have had opportunities with set pieces and if you're a team that doesn't get many opportunities from open play and you're a counter attacking team your set pieces have got to be on point, you've got to be the first player.

Unai Emery is urging his side on now. After so long defending, he wants them to try and strike a blow to take back to Spain.
