With 5 years as a paratrooper, 3 years in the anti-terrorist unit and then 15 years in GROM, reaching the rank of Lieutenant and latterly Instructor – Rafal Nowakowski has a breadth of experience. The GROM operate in a similar way to the British SAS, choosing not to be confrontational in selection.
