With 5 years’ experience in GIGN, going on to operate as a private military operative – Yann ‘Tana’ Delrue has been through the rigorous and intense training required of the GIGN. He has been involved in operations both in France and abroad and has a great knowledge of what is required to undergo the selection processes. He upholds the values required of those entering the unit and is a firm believer that recruits should display a fearless and determined approach to training. He, like the rest of the GIGN instructors believe that recruits should be self-motivated, ruthless and fearless. If they don’t display these qualities – then they are removed swiftly.
