Head chef on superyachts

Whilst still at school she started to work in The Adamson in St Andrews. This was the start of her journey to discovering the true passion for food she has. When she turned 18 she moved to work on the Isle of Skye, where she was primarily on pastry, but also discovered the incredible produce the Highlands has to offer.
At only 24, she has already worked in several Michelin star kitchens, and trained under Gareth Ward and Tommy Banks.
She has a true passion for patisserie and chocolatier work, showcasing her eye for fine detail.
At 20 she started working on superyachts, coming on board as a crew chef, cooking for the crew and also showcasing her chocolate skills for the guests. She was quickly promoted to sous chef, and is now the youngest female head chef on superyachts - a huge achievement for just 24 years old.
One of Hannah’s strengths is her creativity and her passion for storytelling, which she hopes comes through in the menu she’s created for the competition.
