How can you best support someone who is grieving?
Actress and author Jill Halfpenny lost her dad and her partner to unexpected cardiac arrests, almost 40 years apart.
She joined Clare McDonnell in the 91Èȱ¬ Radio 4's Woman’s Hour studio and shared her advice for those supporting someone going through a bereavement.
Speaking from her own experience, Jill said that questions like ‘How are you?’ can feel overwhelming. Instead, she shared some of the tips featured her new book, A Life Reimagined: My Journey of Hope in the Midst of Loss.
