Call to make killers reveal victims' location

Almost 30 years ago, Helen McCourt was murdered at the age of 22. Her killer never revealed where her body is. On Friday, "Helen's Law" receives a second reading in Parliament. It proposes to deny killers parole if they don't reveal where their victims' remains are.
Victoria Derbyshire spoke to Helen's mother Marie, Conor McGinn, Marie's MP, Samantha Gillingham, whose father killed her mother, and Sheila Dolton, whose son Jonathan was killed.
