East Northamptonshire Councillors consider whether to introduce dog control orders for a park in Rushden. The council says there have been a number of issues in recent months where people using Hall Park in the town have not kept their dogs under control.
They may make owners keep their dogs on leads, but create a dedicated dig exercise area.
