1 In 4 Are Obese, Not Simply 'Overweight'
One in four adults living in Northants are at risk of a range of life-threatening illnesses because they are obese but do nothing about it.
One in four adults living in Northamptonshire are at risk of a range of life-threatening illnesses because they are obese category, and that many fail to recognise just how overweight they are.
That’s according to research by the charity Nuffield Health.
Stuart talks to Davina Deniszczyc, Medical Director of Nuffield Health, Simon Gillespie, the Chief Executive of the British Heart Foundation, and to Councillor Robin Brown, the Cabinet Member for Public Health on Northamptonshire County Council.
