Stuart talks to Mark Reneerkens, Senior Support Officer at Wellingborough Norse, the contractor that deals with rubbish in Wellingborough, to Councillor Jon-Paul Carr, Vice-Chairman of the Borough Council of Wellingborough’s Community Committee, to Councillor Mike Hallam, the Cabinet Member for the Environment at Northampton Borough Council, and to Margaret Bates, Professor of Sustainable Wastes Management at the University of Northampton.
Reporter Willy Gilder followed the bin lorries in the St James area of Northampton to see what people there were throwing away.
