Do Academies Mean Less Choice For Parents?

Parents are denied the choice of the type of Secondary School their children can go to, according to the NUT because most Northants Secondary's are now Academies.

Parents are being denied the choice of what sort of Secondary School their youngsters can go to, according to a Teachers Union.

The NUT says that with the vast majority of Secondary’s in Northamptonshire being Academies, options have been taken away for people who might prefer schools linked to the County Council.
