Jordan North is Vernon's final Children in Need Champion

Concluding a special Vernon's Children in Need Champions edition of Tracks of My Years, Jordan North is the final endurance hero to offer up hints, tips and tracks to motivate.

All this week, Vernon's been getting a pep talk from a different endurance hero each day, all of whom have been through a challenge of their own. They're also gifting Vernon a couple of motivational songs to keep him going, and concluding this special edition of Tracks of My Years is Radio 1's Jordan North.

Last spring, Jordan - Vern's former campmate in I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here - took part in his Rowing 91热爆 challenge, rowing over 100 miles from London to Burnley.

Plus, there'll be more audio nuggets from the 91热爆 Archive in Vernon's Vault and, of course, the mid-morning music quiz Ten to the Top.
