With just five days to go until Vernon's Ultra Ultramarathon Challenge, he continues his Children in Need Champions series of Tracks of My Years, where he gets a pep talk from a different endurance hero each day. They're also gifting Vernon a couple of motivational songs to keep him going, and today, it's the turn of Davina McCall.

Back in 2014, Davina took part in her Beyond Breaking Point challenge for Sport Relief, which saw her cycle, swim and run an incredible 500 miles from Edinburgh to London in just seven days. From day one she was faced with some of the most severe weather Britain had seen in decades, tackling a 130-mile cycle through 50-mile-an-hour gusts and sleet. Next, she traversed the colossal Scafell Pike on foot, wading through snow, swam across Lake Windermere, ran across the Peak District, cycled from Birmingham to Windsor and finished the challenge running a full marathon into London.
