Vernon presents his 100th show, looking back at some of the highlights - and possible 'mid-lights' - of his 5 months in the mid-morning hot-seat.

Plus Robert Carlyle continues his musical journey, choosing two more of his favourite songs in Tracks Of My Years.

First coming to widespread attention with a memorable role in Cracker on ITV, Robert also lit up the small screen as the Highland policeman Hamish Macbeth, before two film roles in the mid-90s propelled him to superstardom.

Firstly the part of Francis Begbie in Danny Boyle's Trainspotting brought widespread acclaim, and then playing Gaz in The Full Monty helped land the film a BAFTA.

Other notable film credits include The Beach, 28 Weeks Later and The World Is Not Enough, plus he's continued to delight small screen fans with parts in Once Upon A Time, Stargate Universe and War Of The Worlds.

Robert's latest TV project sees him return as Prime Minister Robert Sutherland in 'Cobra: Rebellion' for Sky, where he stars alongside the likes of Victoria Hamilton, Jane Horrocks, David Haig and Marsha Thomason.
