Award winning director, Steve McQueen’s ‘Small Axe’ collection of films document stories from London’s West Indian community. Mangrove, the first in the collection, premieres on 91Èȱ¬ One and tells the story of the highly publicised Mangrove Nine court case in 1970. Stewart Kyasimire, a Black Scottish filmmaker, and Sir Geoff Palmer, academic and Human Rights Campaigner, give their verdict.
