We follow a West Wales plasterer and a team of volunteers who give up their time to renovate rooms for families in need. Jamie Denyer who moved to West Wales from Brighton decided to donate his own time and skills for one day a month, but word has spread and now Jamie has been joined by a team of Swansea craftspeople - painters, electricians, carpenters - all willing to give up their time to help a family in need of some TLC on their homes.

In this programme, Sharon Morris and her daughter Katie from Scurlage. Sharon and her husband separated almost three years ago, just as he was in the process of building an extension to the house. Unfortunately, the extension was never finished. Some time later, Sharon re-mortgaged the house so that she could finish the extension, but she quickly realised that she did not borrow enough money. Subsequently, the extension has been left as a concrete shell. However, this is all about to change now that Jamie and his team are on site.
